Foote`s Rest Sweet Shoppe & Eatery in Frisco

Owner and her staff ruined the entire experience (twice) with uncalled for rudeness and condescension. If Frisco had another ice cream shop, I guarantee you this place would not stay open long.

Neat place with several options. Prices are on the spendy side however. The outdoor music during this COVID summer is a bonus.

This is a wonderful place to sit outside, grab a drink, something to eat, and listen to music. Play corn hole. Tasty fudge and ice cream. Pet friendly. Family friendly.

We stopped in to grab a few ice cream cones. The Butterfinger ice cream was very flavorful - I half expected it to just be vanilla with a few bits of candy bar mashed in, but it had nice flavor throughout. The strawberry was also good. I was surprised at the candy selection - lots of "golden oldies" to be found. Not inexpensive, but tasty.

Great sweets, awesome ice cream and friendly staff all with live music to boot! Can't find a better place to catch your breath and enjoy the Colorado atmosphere.

Sorry folks but second time in and this single scoop was even smaller than the last time not even peaking the top of the cone. Traditionally ice cream is always filled into your cone that's a given then you get your scoops on top and they should be actual scoops you know round like a scoop of ice cream. The girl seemed really nervous and afraid to make ice cream cones. I can't imagine anyone trained her to make such a tiny cone. In my opinion my $4 single scoop wasn't even a child's portion. I'm gonna stick to making my own ice creams I'm up to 7 amazing flavors.Bigger real scoops folks!

Best fudge around.

This is a cool place but very pricey for candies you could get for cheap at any other store. I bought almond bark, which I normally love. The chocolate tasted very low quality and I ended up throwing the rest away. Not worth the price.

This might be the most eclectic a place I've ever been in my entire life. This place is a candy shop, a beer garden, a barbecue joint, and just a place to hang out outside.

We came here for ice cream which was great. They also had a large selection of candy and fudge. The food that others had orfldered looked great and they even had a musician playing.

Great ice cream made right in the shop! Creamy texture, classic ingredients. Very friendly staff. We went in summer and loved chilling out on the patio and playing yard games!

No reason not to like this place. Great ice cream. The sweets are pretty much what you could find at any grocery store or small candy shop but the fudge is made here and good. I think they had 10 or 15 flavors.

Great place to go if you want some of the old style candies. Their ice cream is delicious but expensive. They make homemade ice cream, homemade pie and homemade fudge. I'd say it's pretty pricey for the stuff compared to other places I've been. They have a bar outside and a barbecue. The bartender in the cook are really great super friendly talkative and informative people. I just don't appreciate the way their manager dresses especially around the young children. If I had kids I would probably not bring them there when she was around. she dresses kind of on the s***** side I'd say. Very inappropriate attire for children to see. Unless you don't mind your children seeing a grown adult wearing short short tight cut-offs and low-cut tops. Other than that it's a decent place

We live in town and my 4-year old daughter loves this place. We use "a trip to Foote's Rest" as rewards for good behavior. So many varieties of candy/ice cream. The staff is kind, and the outside seating in summer (and sometimes in winter as well) can be so fun!

Best. Fudge. Ever. (and soda/ginger beer in fridge). We came here every to every other day while staying in Frisco for a week. It's just too good. Friendly staff and incredible, creative, homemade fudge. And they let you sample! Can't wait to return, thank you!

Nice spot for some sweet treats — not a wide selection of ice cream flavors, but more than enough to satisfy. Rustic building with a high-tech register.

We stopped in during the rain and grabbed some ice cream for the kids, drinks for the adults and listened to music. Can't get better than that! Also walked away with a fun fox carving for the house.

About a dozen different types of fresh homemade fudge to choose from. We wanted to try them all. Lots of candy selection including old school classics like abba-zabbas, etc. Ice cream all year round with toppings, but soft serve is only available in the summer.

Great fresh-made ice cream. The line to get in the door was worth the wait. The staff were working as fast as they could to still serve with a smile late in the evening. We will be back!

Ice cream was delicious and made homemade. It was almost $20, for 4 cones... a tad pricey. Fudge looked yummy, didn’t try. Had a decent selection of candy, didn’t try it either.

Well first of all, what's not to love about a small town sweets shop? On my crankiest day I feel I could still be delighted by small town sweet shops. Covid protocols have really been taken seriously which also fairly well streamlines the candy buying process.

Soo delish, many choices of candy and nuts . I opted for a orange cream soda float with vanilla icecream. It's a must have with authentic glass bottle sodas

We always have a "sweet" experience. The ice cream flavors are yummy, and the candy options are a plenty. Great customer service every time, and move outside to sit on the patio or live music area under the tent and enjoy!

Located in a historic building with some great ice cream, this place is a must go. Staff is friendly and there is comfortable seating out back.

The attention was pretty good, but they need to up their ice cream level. The chocolate flavored ice cream is pretty bad. Plus you can't even try the candy before getting it.

My girlfriend had this to say when she was handed an cold bowl of fresh ice cream "it was a amazing! And they packet it really well omg!" dose that sound like an ad... Why yes it dose. But still a great place to get some food and it was pretty cheap.

Favorite place along the Frisco/Breckenridge corridor. Handmade ice creams are creamy, home made warm pies, fudge of various flavors, and a wall of dozens of popular candies, just in case your kids aren't energetic enough and you want them "amped". Or, you just feel like something well made, is a well deserved splurge and yeah, you ARE worth it! This place "Foote's the bill"!
